A couple of months ago I gave probably my best talk ever. It was a totally non-tech talk and I delivered it at NDC Sydney to about 200 developers and geeks. It was a talk that was comprised of my life over the past 6 years and what I did to change it. It was an incredibly personal talk and it resonated with a very large amount of people. I gave the same talk again at DDD Perth, and again I had an amazing amount of feedback from people wanting to know more.
At the same time I participated in a competition with Gooroo.io, to offer a 90 minute mentoring session to one lucky winner at NDC Sydney, DDD Melbourne and DDD Perth. And low and behold, all three winners chose me. I was incredibly honoured, and to be honest quite humbled. The content I had mulled over for 5-6 years and then actioned, had an impact on people to an extent of wanting to learn from me.
After talking to all of the friends that would listen to me, and ask all my lovely Twitter followers, I have now decided to launch a mentoring service to offer this to as many people as possible. I am incredibly excited about being able to help many more people excel in life and achieve all of their goals and ambitions.

This is a very new and fresh journey for me, but if the past two months is anything to go by, I have plenty to offer. The three winners from the Gooroo competition are already seeing results, and many more are in the pipeline.
